Rosemary Retires after 32 years!
April 20, 2021
Rosemary was hired by the district in 1988 as a part time clerk. Over the last 32 years she has held positions of clerk, billing supervisor and in 2002 she became office manager. Rosemary has helped our district grow from fewer than 2,000 taps to over 11,000 taps today. Rosemary has been a wonderful leader and mentor to the employees of the district. We congratulate Rosemary on her retirement! She will be greatly missed by the employees, board members and the members of Rural Water District #3 Washington County.
